On our website, we

they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. So, if
you just want to browse and learn about our delicious
teas, we invite you to do so.
When you visit our site, we do
not recognize or collect
your e-mail address or any other personal or system information
for resale.
If you want to order
one or more of our fine teas online, it will be necessary
for you to provide certain personal
information. This will include your name, address,
phone number and credit card information. Any information
you provide is downloaded off of the web server to a secure
system and is maintained there.
TOCTC may release specific
information about your account if necessary to comply with
valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena or

OUR CUSTOMER LIST
When you purchase TOCTC
items from our online catalog, we add your name to our
Customer List.
We do not share our Customer
List with anyone outside TOCTC. We use the Customer List only

the most or the fewest orders so that we may focus our

We also track frequent buyers so that we may from

card orders are processed by Authorize.Net. All orders and payment information
sent from our Web server are encrypted using industry
standard 128-bit SSL encryption.
This encrypted and secure data is routed to Authorize.Net,
decrypted and processed. All processed information
(Approved/Declined
transactions) is then re-encrypted and sent securely
back
to the Web site. Once at the Web server, it is decrypted
and displayed to the consumer. Also, order confirmation
e-mails are sent to the consumer and to the merchant.
The Authorize.Net SSL API guarantees
that
the orders and payment information generated by our Web
server remain totally secure.
